Perishable Products Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will address valid concerns.

We may offer a resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund) for:

  • Damaged items upon delivery
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality issues that are clearly our fault

How to Report an Issue

Report within 2 hours of receiving your order.

Resolution Process

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

The resolution offered is at our discretion based on the nature of the issue and availability.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable at delivery time
  • Taste preference or expectation differences
  • Issues reported after 2 hours
  • Products that have been partially consumed
  • Improper storage after delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
