About Us

OvensHug is a Kuwait-based business specializing in handmade sweets and desserts. We operate exclusively within Kuwait.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged.

Service Area

We deliver within Kuwait only. We do not offer international shipping or delivery outside Kuwait.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any order at our discretion
• Cancel orders due to product unavailability
• Limit quantities on certain products
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Product Variations

Our products are handmade and may have slight variations in appearance, size, or decoration from images shown. These variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online Payment: Via UPayments (credit/debit cards, KNET)
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment upon delivery

Online payments are processed securely through UPayments. We do not have access to your card details.

Perishable Products

Our products are perishable. By ordering, you acknowledge:

• Products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe
• Proper storage is your responsibility after delivery
• We are not liable for quality issues due to improper storage
• Refunds for perishable items are limited (see Returns Policy)

Allergens

Our products may contain allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and designs are the property of OvensHug and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OvensHug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
